I can skip 12 minutes without stopping!! Yippee! My kids and dog have distracted me so it works!! Diet is on track...I avoided a good Australian sausage roll today. Took a pass on drinks tonight with friends and had a lovely dinner with husband and kids - fish and veggies. Bit light on carbs tonight. Getting into a good routine for during the week meals...bit worried about the weekend as I am less organised!
Gosh today all I wanted was a snack and a glass of wine!! Is that bad! Then I read Grok wants snacks!! Hopefully this passes! Exercise is going well!
Feels good to be back although a bit nerve racking esp on the good front. My eating and drinking has not been great. I want to go back to my slimmer version. Skipping was ok stopped twice. My legs hurt although fitness was ok. Just focusing on the day rather than the 90!
After India, Singapore and Hong Kong, I am back!! Did well on exercise, eating was not great!! Scales are not kind today!! But I am back!!
Great weekend! 10 out of 10 on food and then exercise was good too. Another beautiful run with my 11 year old! Forming a habit with him to run is amazing. He loves it and so do I. Plus I find out what's going on!!! Monday was met with some challenges, ran out of the house to get to work by 730am...toast and egg in hand! Lunch no choices so ate fruit and then dinner was terrible!! Only pasta!! What to do when their are no choices! Today is another day!
Really happy with myself, ate well this week, 7 out of 10!! Exercise going well. I am off to india this week followed by Singapore and Hong Kong! So fingers crossed for a good week on food front! When I get back after 8 days away we move house!! It's all happening!
Started the day with the exercises but the knee is not good..but pushed through. I focused on food and managed to get every meal and snack right!! Yippee!!!
Enjoyed a 25 minute plus run with my eldest son! Hope everyone is doing well.
Decided to do a 45 minute high intensity class today as the skipping was hurting my calves! Any suggestions on what to do? Should I build up to 10 minutes...
Achilles still playing up! Can't run more than 5 ks!! I have been busy on the strength training! I will post a photo soon!
Had to completely so down on runs as Achilles hurting. I have been keeping up the strength and cross training. Runs about half the distance. Not great but still in!
It's hard when you go away on the 1st week! Managed to do some exercise this morning. I need to get my run in tomorrow!
