KB1: Days 67-72

Keeping up with diet and workouts. Worked out on days 67, 68, 71, 72. Partial workouts on other days. Really enjoy the diet and workouts. The only thing is that since I do elliptical for my cardio, because I was getting bruising on knees from jump rope, so I feel I may not be burning enough calories via cardio as I generally only do half hour elliptical. For my third indulgence, I indulged slightly more than I should have. Movie popcorn, bread rolls, pasta, veggies and fish for dinner, and a small pudding for dessert. Did not feel good about that since my weight loss has plateaued since 3 weeks. So did 700 skips on jump rope even though I had not been skipping for cardio since almost week 6. That was so much fun, I am considering incorporating back some jump rope into my workout if it suits my body. I have been craving some sweet goodie around evening, so that is a new challenge which was not there in the first 9 weeks of the program. Mostly I do not give in but few times I did have couple pieces of dark chocolate or a cupcake. Hope this goes away. But have been 96% on top of the diet, actually I really like it, I like my measured amount of food. Looking forward to seeing more changes in my body in the final weeks of the program.


Day 1 Kenzai body

Enjoyed the workout. Felt energized by it. Wanted to continue on but also want to keep up my stamina for 90 days. I sometimes overdo exercise and then back off for some time. I want to keep it going steady and consistently. Will try elliptical instead of jump rope due to plantar fasciitis in my right foot.

Regular exercise and mindfulness will also helps with portion control of food.
