This summer has been full of powerful experiences for me, and I've paired most of those experiences with indulgent food and drink. I feel the result of this in the curve of my belly and the tightness of my trousers. No regrets - there are times to fully enjoy life. It's now time to tighten my diet and stick to the Kenzai plan. I did a Sunday meal prep yesterday, so my refrigerator is brimming with veggies.

I'm enjoying the focus on mobility and flexibility, and also missing the more intense workouts of my regular regime. Pondering what my next program will be when Reach finishes. In the meantime, there is so much work to be done on my shoulder, hip, and hamstring flexibility.

Blast forced me to tighten my diet and I was given the leanest diet ever in my entire 5+yrs on Kenzai. It was the hardest thing but man, the whole 80% is diet rule screamed true on Blast. I got results I have never gotten before. I recon those beautiful delicious looking veggies will disappear in no time if not already. Always chopping, always prepping!

    The nicest Brussels sprout recipe I know has bacon in it so doesn't fit my Kenzai diet Ed. How did you prepare them?

              I'm with you on that omment... "there are times to fully enjoy life" . I think this is part of living a balanced life and training successfully. If you don't know when to prioritise you end up being one of those fitness nutjobs who everyone hates being around! Sounds like you know you're striking a perfect balance Ed.

                        My mouth is watering looking at that melon. Try adding a wee bit of lime juice and chopped mint to the cut up melon. It's wicked ono! I always get so inspired by you stepping out of the comfort zone when cooking. I tend to mono-eat, limiting my variety of foods. I'm gonna try to get out of that mindset! Love you Cuzz!!
