Jess - I didn't realize you are our trainer. I'm so excited to have you as training partner AND trainer.

1. Where are you in the world and whats the weather like?
San Francisco. We are moving into a great time of year weather wise. Mild, beautiful spring.
2. Are you training with anyone?
Not in person, but I've made many connections online in the Kommunity and I consider them real even though I haven't met these people.
3. Is this the first time you've used kettlebells? If so, what do you think so far?
Yes. The workouts are fine, although they seem a little bit easy so far. I'm sure I'll pay for this comment later. I know Kenzai!
4. What question would you like to ask other members (that they can answer in comments on your blog)?
What are your training weaknesses? How will you overcome them? How can your teammates support you?

My training weakness is eating. I love getting some chocolate after lunch and some wine now and again. i always seem to justify indulgences. i guess i need help remembering it’s not forever. i dont need the indulgence and i shouldn’t be rewarding myself with food. thanks for asking! youre so thoughtful.

                Great questions! Sweets are my weakness and I’ve completely justified them creeping back into my diet. Keeping them out of the house helps. And going cold turkey on refined sugars long enough to put a damper on my sweet tooth works. Easier said than done! I love and so appreciate the support of my teammates and K community. Just knowing you are around, commenting and being present on the blogs is soooo helpful. It keeps me accountable.

                  Hi Ed - sounds like you are an exercise monster and good for you - I totally agree with one of your other comments re doing the workouts first thing - it so sets you up for the day and means it isn't hanging over you.....wine is my biggest challenge - I love exercise, and I have found my groove in the diet doing Kenzai for nearly 2.5 years, but a mixture of work functions and liking a decent glass is my Achilles heel...good luck and hope you enjoy the programme!                     Weakness ? Dark chocolate - starts with just a small piece and ends up at times with 3 pcs! and I quite easily convince myself it's dark and not too bad!!! Have decided this time around to be really strict with myself with that ... Fomorian teammates are extremely active and I think with support should be able to manage that!
                    Great question to allow everyone to share and help!!

                      Hi Ed, good to be training with you. Jealous of your beautiful mild spring weather. We just have humidity and grey clouds in HK this week. Hopefully will get better this Easter weekend. My weakness: food. I love to cook and eat. My bf can’t eat (or refuse to eat) diet food so I have to be creative in the kitchen to make him think I am cooking normal food that still taste good. On stressful days and long nights at work, I can get very lazy and tired with the cooking. Sometimes I wish the chisel and Kbells program has the egg white and apple dinners of KB1 and 2 days.
