Busy day! However, I was able to eat cleanly and get the workout in. I love the efficiency of the cycle workouts. Today's "regular" workout not as efficient...and a bit staid after the rush of a cycle workout.

Looking forward to my fruit snack tonight!! I find the nighttime fruit snack immensely satisfying!

There is a real energy in the cycles, isn't there (which is good because they are also tiring). The fruit snack is even better the next few months with all the seasonal produce!

    Good to hear that you could keep the diet.

    I like the regular workout days, the cycle workouts are intense and it is nice to take a break and do other types of exercise to get the blood flowing.

      I hate the regular workouts, so looooong and boring...give me a balls-to-the-wall HIIT cycle every time!
      In the deepest darkest bowels of a program when that fruit snack turns into AMAYW it is such a glorious day, I start looking forward to it pretty much after breakfast...

        You need to do Blast next. I loved the efficiency of those workouts. I will never go back to 6 sets of band work again! if you want those evening fruit snacks to be even more satisfying, try freezing them and making ice cream. I'm sure you've already come across the Kenzai version right?

          @Sharmali...never have seen that. Very excited to try it. I sometimes mix frozen berries with yogurt (since Kenzai says you can use one's dairy allotment whenever) to make a bit of a frozen treat. I'm now going to try blending it...and try the banana ice cream treat!

            Ditto on the fruit snacks. We're just starting to get strawberries at the farmer's markets and what a treat they are! Cant wait for stone fruits. Good job on staying compliant on a busy day. It's too easy to let the immediate to-dos and work take us away from our fitness intentions but not you!
