Definitely a Saturday as we’ve usually got so much on and with the children not in school it’s particularly hard to carve out the time, but I’m managing just about.

Awesome! I find it's best to just wake up at the same time and do my workouts at the same time in the morning. That way there's no shuffle of finding time. But weekends are nice to have a bit more flexibility. Sounds like you are finding a system that is working for you. Well done!
