The easiest part of the process for me has been the exercise. It’s been enlightening to just follow the workouts without having to think for myself. Hardest part, the diet. Hands down. I’ve struggled with illness throughout and my old habit of leaning on comfort food when feeling ill has been hard to overcome.

Once you find a few good recipes that you like, you can also let us do the thinking for your diet! It's not exciting but this is food as medicine during training. Food as pleasure is waiting for you on Day 90, not long now!

    Fantastic work with the exercise. It may have been easy for you, but don't underestimate the force you have to keep up with the intensity. Make sure you are getting enough protein as that really curbs those cravings, especially during tough times. Not much longer now Elizabeth!
