Those side pistol squats were tough. My IT bands are tight from running so I really felt it today. Should use the roller but that hurts too!

Tight IT bands....the bane of a runner's existence! Try to roll 'em if you can stand it. Even a little bit does a world of good.

Rollers are the way forward with the IT band...maybe after a hot bath
