Week 1 done

I know it's early but I'm loving Sculpt and looking forward to more barre work and amping up the intensity. Also happy to be getting fully on diet tomorrow. I've been eating well for past few months (and lost weight as a result) but I've been too loosey goosey about it all, skipping meals here and there and skimping on protein.

For today's cardio did an easy five mile run. Had to opt for treadmill because it's raining cats and dogs again in NY. We're not getting much Spring here. Anyway, here's to first week down!

Easy 5 mile run???? Sounds like someone has made a ton of progress since Kenzai Run a year ago!

    Ellie, not too early to love Sculpt. I knew the first week that it was a great program, and still felt that way at the end. Enjoy.

          @Ted Yes! Much progress since last year--and no more complaining about the runs, lol. Hoping to do Philly marathon (so flat) in November but we'll see. Will be eager to hear your experience with Chisel from start. It looks tough but you will ace it!
          @Kathleen Yes, I remember you saying how much you loved Sculpt and had that in mind when I signed up so thanks!
          @John Snow?!?! Yikes. I feel like we're going to just keep having winter until it goes head on into summer. But the rain is good to have!
          @Amy Yes! So necessary to have structure. Never thought I'd like counting grams, but looking forward to it now!
