Week 2 so far

Getting back to normal on the rope and glad it's happening so quickly. Diet has been completely on point--feels like I'm eating too much but it always feels like that to me at the start of K programs. Workouts have been good but I was not happy to see those double katanas today. Those and the DaVincis are the bane of my Kenzai existence. So all the more reason to be doing them!

    I don’t think I am ever normal on the rope...I did enjoy jumping outside for the second time this year today though, which was a pleasure...I got to watch a hawk sitting on the very top branches of a couple hundred foot tall tree...I expected him to dive for something the whole time I was jumping, but all that happened was I finished. Keep up the great work...it does seem that the exercises we dislike are the best for us (did I mention I really dislike jumping rope?). So here’s to sunny warm days ahead!

      Davinics are one of those exercises that are so much harder with the band than weights- so much awkward resistance which you know is working your muscles hard! Keep practicing...you might learn to love them ;)

        The challenge with DaVincis for me is that I don't seem to get stronger, frustratinf and painful and never a new band. Definitely why we have to keep at them. In between enjoy the barre days, such a nice back and forth balance.

          Diet was alot especially after just completing KB2; however, this week looks a tad leaner.

            Awesome on the diet been on point Ellie. DAVINCIS are not and ever be my favorite I’m always get to be done the minimum repetitions and with not perfect form.
