My 11th Week

This week it was not my best during the whole program. Between my job and my body that is not recovering so well after surfing last Sunday it’s been really hard to stick to the program. The toughest part for me are my Blog and the Diet πŸ˜†


Stop or Keep Going

My Body is Sore. I was thinking to stop the workout today and continue tomorrow. Any suggestions are welcome.


On our way back home after a weekend in Cape Cod. I did the workout and the diet the same that at home but my whole body is sore. Trying not to loosing it because The diet is driving me crazy. Besides my complains I think that my Body is in Great Shape πŸ˜‚πŸ‘


Without Time

Just checking in. Since I Started the training I have been with no time for anything. But I’m Sticked to the program.


Vegetables AMAYW?

I don’t know what this means. Have a nice Week 😁


Can I cook with a little bit of Olive Oil? According with my wife we only can cook with water.


Bad Digestion

Is anyone having problems with the Potty or Bad tooting? I’m really concerned about this in the Office πŸ˜‚ Funny But Not Funny 😡

Never thought that Jumping Rope was so hard.


My Wife and I are really happy with the Workout. She seems to be ok with the Diet. In my personal case I like the idea of eating healthy but I have some questions:

Can I have cheese with some of my meals? I had salads with proteins and vinegar during the week but getting tired about the same flavor.

Potatoes are Carbs or Vegetables?

With my fruit snacks can I add a little bit of honey and oatmeal?

How about some spices to prepare a natural green tomato salsa?

Can I drink regular milk or part of the diet is Skim Milk?

I have been the last 4 days in Puerto Rico. I completed my daily workouts and my diet the best that I could . I don’t like the amount of Carbs in the Morning. It’s just to heavy for me, any suggestions? Good Luck everybody
