So when I joined Kenzai I was worried about how I would possibly do it on Wednesday and Thursday. I get up between 5 and 5:30 to leave the house by 7. My workplace isn’t conducive to mid-day exercise and I commute back almost 2 hours to get home just in time to give the baby the bottle and put him to sleep. Then dinner and the day. So, today was the first of them. It worked. One down. I am sure others won’t go as smoothly but the first one worked. And it worked because of my super supportive partner who arranged her day and took care of dinner and encouraged me without being pushy when I got home. Today was a small victory. Here we go Kenzai. And thank you Jessi!


woah burpee!

Woah with the half burpees! Did one set of 12 and one of 10 before my legs refused. I mean really. Otherwise good strength workout today. Any tips?
