Three weeks of visitors make the diet very tricky!! Battling through but there have been a few slips!
Good week away in Majorca. Trained every day other than the first day when we arrived too late. Was pretty good (?) on the diet too. Got back thinking I would have smashed off he pounds ...... not a bit!! Had whacked on a couple!! Indulgence day is to blame but still am starting to feel stronger with the regular weights sessions.
Aghhh - manic work week and four sessions in a row missed. Managed a couple of runs but the difference feels big. Query whether to try and go back and do the sessions I missed / double up for a few days to catch up, or just crack on? Thoughts welcomed
Sore glutes from not doing squats for far too long! Enjoying the sessions. Missed a couple recently but by and large getting the boxes ticked off. Diet v key and I need to get better at that! Particularly on the long summer evenings!
Iron going well - a couple of days slipped at the back end of last week due to travelling but back in the groove now
First time I have done any weights in years. The numbers are certainly lighter than what they once were (which was t that great then roger!) but am enjoying the change and feeling good for doing something different
Loved the sessions this week. The extra ten mins it takes to get through them is making them feel a lot tougher
Love the kettlebell course. Glutes and back quite sore, but good feeling from regularity of the sessions
Freezing cold but managing to stick to the programme. Not finding it particularly defective so far. Sessions seem too short.
