rubbish week

Aghhh - manic work week and four sessions in a row missed. Managed a couple of runs but the difference feels big. Query whether to try and go back and do the sessions I missed / double up for a few days to catch up, or just crack on? Thoughts welcomed

Crack on Fraser, there are plenty of workouts left for you to make things up and we turn the difficulty up a notch soon. Plough forward my man!

    That's what I say too - crack on!! It's great that you're being accountable about it though instead of downward spiraling and giving up!! Way to go!!
