I'm feeling really guilty as it's already day 10 and this is my first blog post! The biggest challenge so far has not been the exercises or diet but finding time to write my posts while looking after a three year old and four month old. Exercises were tricky to begin with but I'm feeling a lot more confident since getting the hang of the jump rope. I'm loving the diet side of Kenzai. It's only day 3 of my meal plan, but it's encouraging me to prepare and take time to eat a balanced meal rather than grabbing something on the run. My husband is doing this program too so it's a great help having his support and being able to share the journey. Hoping I'll be feeling and looking fitter and have more energy at the end of the 90 days!
