First set fine - second set my arms could not support me at all!!!

You did well, Gina. Hilarious that Patrick surprised you. The scoops were not easy. I think I may have been cheating a little. Found out I wasn't going deep enough after the first set. 2nd and 3rd sets my triceps began to burn but I'll need to try harder to hit the chest. Had to split the last set into 2 x 4 scoops. Form wasn't great. I am hoping to get better though.
It's the backward motion that gets me! Going forward seems managable but after a couple I fall on my face if I try to get back into d dog.
