One on, one off

So I'm back from vacation and resumed my stretching routine. But the old hip aches have returned @%&*?!.

My new strategy is to do one day of stretching and one day of not stretching. Plan to see chiro/physio/osteopath this week.

It's very frustrating.......I enjoy the program.....however the stars don't seem to be aligned.......so I'm not getting 100% out of it.

Gisele I was not able to complete Reach well the first time. Do what you can and then come back in a later session. Alternating makes a lot of sense.

    Meet your body right where it is, Gisele. And crush the diet. Perhaps starting to think of any stretching you can do as a nice bonus and this as a period to get your nutrition right, might help you feel like you are getting more out of the course!

      I get your frustration! Hopefully the Chiro will bring you relieve. And in the meantime be gentle with yourself. We've all had programs that didn't go according to plan!!

        Oh no! This really suck! It sounded like you were on the mend on your holidays... Nothing is more important than listening to our body but do hope you can stay with us on the blogs for another 2 weeks. 🙏

          The hip is a tricky ---I had suffered from a hip injury last November. Do what you can do comfortably and stay the course. 80% of something is better than 100% of nuthin'!
