Day 3

Got up early and completed the workout. Mornings work best for me. I'm not able to do 3 mins non-stop skipping yet but over the 3 days have improved already - I'm up to sets of 2 mins each now but I complete 10 mins in total. It's still very hot in Hong Kong doing this outside!

hi hillary, I too like morning work outs because if I don't get my 'active wear' on first thing... the likely hood that I never put it on it too strong!
like you I'm dealing with rather hot temperatures, we live in Abu Dhabi so the humidity and heat is too hot for outside work outs... roll on winter when the weather is nicer

    Hillary, you're making fast progress. Keep in mind that you may have one of those mornings where you feel like you have two left feet. Don't get down. Just know it's all about punching that clock. That's the path to skipping perfection!
