Today my son and I walked around Eagle's Nest and we also took in a yoga class for a change (too many people, too hot but hey we did it!). Quite an active day. Definitely feeling stronger. My aim this week is to get the sleeping cycle much better.

That sounds awesome. The only Eagle’s Nest I know is in Vail. Are you in Colorado? Busy but fun day it seems. Well done

    Yoga is such a great complement to any kenzai programme, a great alternative cardio. Great goal to have going forward, sleep is super important.

          Oh wow, Hong Kong,...I. Hope safe and sounds. What we see over here is only headlines of all the protests going badly.
