Off to Phuket in 10 days so will continue to work on the program. The flu put me behind and I want to catch up :-)
My program has been disrupted by the flu but looking to finish with a strong last week
Unfortunately have caught a severe cold/flu and haven't been up to doing yesterdays and todays workouts. Hopefully back on track tomorrow
Wondering whether I'm in the right program. I think maybe should be remedial KB1. Lol
Had a small achievement with todays workout managed 50 squats without a break. :-) Don't ask about the push ups (I was rubbish). Anyway enjoying the program so far and look forward to some more small achievements.

Scuplt Finished GRADUATION POST
Enjoyed the program though a few distractions got in the way. Look forward to mixing in a few of the sculpt exercises in the future
Well here are heading into the final week. There has been lots of ups and downs lots of distractions.

Just back from business trip to Singapore. Missed a couple of workouts though managed to keep the diet reasonably on track.

Away for the weekend at the Gold Coast Qld. Morning walk on the beach and workout done 😀
The program is going by quite quickly. Its amazing how quickly the time flies between blogs. Its something I need to improve

Hi Ian here. I live and work in Sydney Australia. Other than work a lot of my time is spent playing golf and catching up with daughters and grand children.
I just finished reboot and wanted to continue with a group program and Sculpt was the best choice.
Barriers is keeping up the self control as not drinking with the boys after golf can be challenging. I have a trip to Singapore coming up at the end of Feb though I should be able to stay on track.
I really don't have favourite dancer though I do like watching the TV show Dancing With The Stars.
Reboot Completed GRADUATION POST
Here we are at the end of another reboot. I think its become my favourite program. I've seen some good progress with my exercise and have gone down a notch in my belt. I'm keen to keep on track and shed the kilo's.
I like the shorter programmes (maybe less taunting than a 90 day horizon) so I think Sculpt next

Played golf this morning in 37c temp 70% humidity. Walked the course (probably should have taken a cart) and it was exhausting. The course I play at is very hilly so your legs get a good workout :-)
Todays lesson is a good reminder on how fortunate we are and is a good motivator to stay focussed..
I’m lucky to live in Sydney as there are many great spots for exercising. One of my favourite spots is the coastal walk Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach. The views from the cliff tops are fantastic and there some workout spots along the way.
