In NYC overnight last night. Jumped rope out on 38th and Park next to a church. In NYC, not sure that even registers as strange behavior. Jumped 100x by 3 and 50x by 1 for the 4 sets. Pushups at these numbers not too hard but it wouldn’t take more than a handful more for me to get fatigued. I left 25% of my crappy airport salad last night. Long day and no booze so I did eat 100% of my desert. Not normally a desert person. Finding time is never easy but so far so good on that front. The eating 25% less so far is the hardest for me. I grew up eating fast and eating my plate plus.
Had every excuse to not get it done yesterday. Out the door by 5:30am, long day of back-to-back meetings. Then a celebration of BMT Thriving. Then dinner. Then our 1 hour commute home. But I couldn’t start my 90 day program off with a zero. So I went out into the driveway at 10:30pm and banged it out. Day 2 was no better. Early flight to Chicago, back to back meetings and then a return flight late tonight. I don’t land until 11pm. So there was no other time to get it done than first thing. I am 2 for 2. Hopefully I can keep the streak alive. I haven’t started the leave 25% program yet. I honestly didn’t read the welcome and Day 1 message / lesson until Monday evening. I am thinking of ordering 4 eggs, just so if I have 3 I will be leaving 25% behind.
