Weeks 3 and 4

Week 3 was good - my radio silence on the blog probably a symptom of a good week!
Week 4 has been more challenging. My wife’s birthday coupled with a couple of days in London wreaking havoc across the board! Argh.
We push on into the weekend though which I intend to use to reset and get back to a good rhythm across diet and exercise.
