Thought I'd get that 13st 12lbs marker right up there front and centre to begin with. It's fair to say I've had an indulgent summer and that stat along with my day 1 photo are the proof of the pudding. Literally.
We start now though and I'm really looking forward to it. Day 1 has been good, exercises done and managed the half portion thing well. I know we're allowed a glass of wine/beer this week as we're supposed to be maintaining our normal diet type but having mentally prepped myself for getting on the wagon, I intend to climb right on into the front seat straight away.
