Day 20 - Chugging Along

Spent the week traveling in Seoul and Shanghai. Pretty good on the exercises and diet okay considering was eating out every day.
Half way stage probably a B- score on the exercises and diet. Have been good but not great.
Going to really focus for the second half.
Ramp up the exercise intensity and nail down the diet (cut out a couple of meals out a week) will do it.
Onwards and upwards :)
