Day 24 - timely lesson

Motivation creaking but staying strong!
With the ramp up in sets have found the exercises more daunting this week. It’s that initial step of putting gym kit on and starting that’s so damn hard sometimes - particularly very late at night or very early in the morning.
Got couple nights of travel. Fee good and strong.

When I did KB3 and had a ton of stress going on,I used to sleep in my gym gear to make it one step easier not to make an excuse when the alarm went off at 5am!
