Day 31 - struggling a tad

This week hasn't been great. Hurt my Achilles on Saturday so hobbling and that's my excuse for missing the first two days of exercise. Need to get back on the horse vs make sure it heals.
Food has been good.
Got to remind myself two weeks to go...in fact more like 10 days!!

Watch this tendon. If need be you can extend the program a bit. Meanwhile great that the food is good as we know it is essential.

    sorry to hear about the achilles! that is a painful injury! get checked out & heed dr’s advice. those can result in really nasty injuries w/ long recovery times so make sure you are working w/ in dr parameters 👊

      Oh no, how did you do that?Was it during the workout?
      Please hold off on the workouts James, until you get it seen by a doc. You don't want to mess around with any crazy Chisel jumping with an Achilles tear.
      Lock down the diet , be sensible and please check in with me after getting it seen.Take good care now!
