Day 41 - Limping across the finish

injured my Achillies two weeks ago and unfortunately put a bit of a break on finishing strong! diet has been pretty good but missed 10 of the last 12 exercises. cest la vie unfortunately. feeling good though and resting the ankle.

I'm so glad you slowed it down. Achilles injuries are no joke.You did the right thing skipping those exercises. You're looking good James, which is likey a testament to your diet diligence!

Sounds miserable and definitely not something you want to exacerbate. Chisel will be waiting for you for a future go round.
