Reboot was exactly that - a good way to get back into the flow of working out everyday, healthy eating and good habits. The exercises never really became challenging but good to slowly build into it. Great to get a refresh on the diet. Like the advise says need to focus on the next goal - it would be good to have another 39 day challenge after this.
