slipping a bit...

Work has picked up quite a bit the last week or so, hence the delay between posts. I’m trying hard to get through the workouts and sticking to diet, but unfortunately lack of time is meaning lack of lesson review time, meal prep time, sleep time, etc. not to mention a lack of World Cup time! Am doing what I can to catch up and keep on track diet wise, but struggling... the last few weeks were always going to be the challenge, as work always ramps up this time of year...
