Thanks for another educational program. Will certainly add bells to my maintenance with skipping before my next 90 day adventure.
Looking forward to this however I do find the skipping hit and miss. Some days I just cannot get it, usually when I have a lot going on. Interested to see how we all get on.
After a tough week I thought I would follow up with a silly picture. The idea was Thor but got mixed with up with messing with my sons toys. Made us all laugh anyway. Week was tough as jet lag messed things up. Diet good (80pct) Sleep very poor (10pct) so circuits poor (10pct). Not put off, I had a cracking session today ant feel fantastic. Will do a full set tomorrow alongside the Cardio to make good.
First apologies for this being my first post. Title is in order of relative success so far ! Photo another post fail as I remembered after I had finished. In Spain so very fresh and totally compliant. Enjoying the circuits although I need to improve the transition as I forget what I’m meant to do ( me not the program ). Travel a lot and find that I can skip almost anywhere, and using weights when the bell cannot be packed !! Enjoy the lessons / education so keep them coming. Best all.

Another fantastic Kenzai education. Having completed 3, the education process continues and once again conclude in a better place. That said they get harder. Harder to complete each day, harder to schedule with travel, but all in very satisfying. Will look at having a go at another Kenzai program later in the year. Thank you.
Well, 3 weeks on the road and back home for the final week. 5 days of skiing should have counted for something, especially as very much a novice with being only my second ski holiday. Felt equivalent of 4 hours of squats a day plus one hour of core, so should have counted for something !! Anyway jet lag but final week determination to finish stronger than when I started.
Still on the road, the final leg Skiing with the family. Being only our second trip , I’m sure this will be a week of intensive full body workout !! Will try to get the cardio in, but special focus on food intake. Next weeks lunch carb intake will be needed !!
Got a long weekend in Thailand for a wedding. Substituting the rope for time in the pool with the kids. Traveling next week so should be back on track pretty quick !!
Well sort off. 2 day trip to U.K. for a family 50th birthday. Avoid the plane food and should remain relatively on track. Forecast is -3 so unlikely to be doing any exercise outside !!
Better week where most things aligned. Lessons were cool, food disciplined and exercise sessions ticked. Got quite a bit of travel and a wedding in March so real focus for the next couple of weeks.
Last 7 days flown by. Business matters all over the place but kept reasonable discipline in doing 5/7 days on plan. The 2 misses were ok but need to pick up the daily read to catch the lessons. My bad.
Forgot to take a picture, although that would have been odd at a wok dinner , but Almond cake at an italian in Tokyo. 4 days on the road. Reasonable intake but run out of time for exercise on a couple of days. Weekend to catch up. Amazing to think already a third the way through. As before this middle month is the most important for me to not miss a beat !!
