Got a long weekend in Thailand for a wedding. Substituting the rope for time in the pool with the kids. Traveling next week so should be back on track pretty quick !!
Well sort off. 2 day trip to U.K. for a family 50th birthday. Avoid the plane food and should remain relatively on track. Forecast is -3 so unlikely to be doing any exercise outside !!
Better week where most things aligned. Lessons were cool, food disciplined and exercise sessions ticked. Got quite a bit of travel and a wedding in March so real focus for the next couple of weeks.
Last 7 days flown by. Business matters all over the place but kept reasonable discipline in doing 5/7 days on plan. The 2 misses were ok but need to pick up the daily read to catch the lessons. My bad.
Forgot to take a picture, although that would have been odd at a wok dinner , but Almond cake at an italian in Tokyo. 4 days on the road. Reasonable intake but run out of time for exercise on a couple of days. Weekend to catch up. Amazing to think already a third the way through. As before this middle month is the most important for me to not miss a beat !!
Enjoyed reading the lesson on the body clock. I’m up for work at 5.30am on a weekday. I have tried to exercise before 5am but struggle 2 days on the trot. I feel most energetic at 4pm , which really only works on the weekend, and feel I can do double the skips no problem at all. Guess it’s different for everyone.
Has to be the love handles. Handed down a few generations and always seem to be the first place to store a kilo or two each side !! Any help to target over the next few weeks would be welcome.
Couple of long days at work and now playing catch up. Will get it done today / tomorrow. Diet is good although I realized I have cut too much carbs in the morning. Will read it better next week.
First weekdays completed, skipping fine, core relatively weak. Getting back to finding the right tempo of training in the morning or evening. Also sparkling water instead of g&t. Looking forward to getting the full program next week.
Hello KB3 , after falling off the reboot into Christmas I wanted to get set fro Jan rather than Feb. Early mornings and later nights for sure to get done. Looking forward to the combination of exercises. Good luck all.
