I excercised only twice this week, Monday and then finally got back on today. My daughter gave all of us this nasty virus cold (rash included) and have been down for the count. Looking forward to getting back to it this week and I'm actually EXCITED about the egg white dinners.
This week has been horrible for workouts. My daughter has been struggling with a stomach issue and she also had 2 recitals this week. I've pretty much been attached to her for 7 days straight and not able to get away to work out. But I still got a few in and was on point diet wise. Looking forward to getting back to normal next week, fingers crossed!
