A belated intro as Week 2 begins!

I'm a 43 yo from the Boston-area, but I live in Hong Kong. We moved here 6 months ago and I'm taking a self-imposed sabbatical from work. I have 3 kids (12, 8, 6) and have found my lifestyle here in HK far more active than it was back home. I am taking advantage of our time here to hit the reset button on my life and prioritize my health and fitness.
My goal for Kenzai is to get stronger and build muscle - particularly my upper body and core strength - and to improve my posture. As a tall woman, I have spent too many years slouching and it's time for that to end.
Great job to everyone on a successful Week 1. I look forward to this journey with all of you!
