Day 90 - Kenzai For Life GRADUATION POST

Final photo posted. Not the best quality photo ever, but I think you get the point. I am a 37 year old woman with the body of a 20-something. My abs aren't popping quite like they were at the end of my first training cycle, but let's be honest, I was a single, grad student with a lot of down time to focus on me, me, me. My diet could be exactly as I wanted and I could work out any damn time I pleased. Life is a bit more complicated nowadays. Despite a few major slips in my diet, I was able to stick to the workouts almost 100%. I missed two free cardio days and one strength workout. So, all in all, I'd say this was a pretty good training cycle.
I am Kenzai for life. No doubt. I love training and look forward to new challenges. I don't know what's up next. KB3? Sculpt? I was wanting to do KRun, but right now, it's just me and the little one living at home for some time. I can't leave her alone and go out for a run. Plus, with the pelvic floor issues, may not be the best choice. Or, maybe I'll just stick to KLife for some time. At any rate, you will be seeing me around, pushing myself to new heights and enjoying the feeling of a strong, healthy body. I plan to live long and prosper! Thank you Kenzai!
