I can't believe how quickly 10 days has gone since I last blogged!

My latest news is that I've injured my shoulder and have had to skip workouts for the past few days. It actually happened while I was asleep- I'm really not sure what happened but either way, something was wrenched or pulled the wrong way and I woke up in complete agony. Very frustrating but I'm doing all the right things, including focusing on my food, and hoping I'll be back on track before the end of the week.

      I am really sorry to hear that Jess - what a complete bummer, it really is a pain when you get injured on one of these programmes. I would just try and keep the grams tight and get some physio, and get yourself back up and running. The very best of luck!

        Ugh. I've definitely gotten sleep injuries. How unfair are those?! One of the worst parts of aging, I think. I hope you come back quick and strong.

          Bummer about the shoulder. I did the same thing a few years ago, i have no idea how i hurt myself but was all of a sudden unable to lift my arm. it was so painful but after lots of rest it got better. Best of luck!
