Looking forward

  • Nov 11th, 2015 at 10:31AM

It's been great supporting you all on Kenzai Body 2 and making some new friends (some who send me delicious dried fruit) along the way. Although I didn't do as well as I had personally hoped, I learned a lot about what works for me and what doesn't, and also how to apply this to my goals for the future.

I want to do Kenzai Run in January, and will be skipping every day to prepare for that. I look forward to seeing you all on Kenzai Life- you guys are my inspiration.

Otsukaresama! You did it. That counts A LOT and like you said, you learned new things about yourself! Awesome.

Jessica - well done! Never easy. Often not fun. But both you and your bunny made it!! Congrats!

Let go of any of the could of, should of, would of's, in the end you did awesome and will have no trouble surviving the Zombie apocalypse! Just be sure to cross train with cross bow skills.

You were an encouraging team mate helping to create an environment of support in KB2 and you do so much for everyone involved with Kenzai! Thanks for everything and congratulations with KB2!

PS would you mind being a Kenzai Allstar? If so, contact yourself and let yourself know that you give permission to use your blog on the Kenzai facebook page. ;-)

Congratulations Jessica, and thank you for being so positive and fun throughout- I always know I'm going to get good vibes when I get to your blog!
I think you've done a wicked job and should be nothing but proud of your results- you may have goals to take things further but you are well on your way and the learning process is nothing to sneeze at...thats what I'm learning on my KB2 journey anyway!
                  You rock!

Well done Jess! Your program was all the more challenging in the midst of an international relocation, so even bigger congrats for powering through to the finish. Looking forward to hearing your KRun news from sunny SF!

Nice work. Jessica, now when the zombies come - and they will - you will be able to jump over them with ease. Stay fierce, Michonne (no spoilers)!

Moving (and planning to move) is one of the three most stressful events in life- you're handling it with grace and still managed to show up in all these different areas of your life. Way to go!

Hey Jess. Great training with you. There's nothing like skipping to work and prep those calves for running. See you on K life.

                                Cheers
