I chose to do the Mind exercises on day 8. I find them varied and short which helps. However, my Viking longboat was barely a rowboat and a leaky one at that.
Viking Longboats are no joke. It's one of those exercises you should be happy just finishing. No one "rocks" a longboat!
I have to agree with the Viking Longboats. I need my arms more to the side to balance. Overall I find a lot of the Mind exercises are timed and require one to focus on breathing. Not by accident I suspect!
