Focusing on breathing helps but since there wasn’t an earworm I’m not sure if it breath focus will stop one. We will see.
As for exercise, I need to try more variety. I should embrace this freedom but find it hard to do.

I had a giggle about your ear worm. Those are so annoying and once they start....I fully know what you mean about embracing the freedom. Me too. The comfort of Kenzai exercises so comforting!!

Similarly I wonder if breathing will block out the dogs....but I will try. I often try it when I can't sleep. I have stuck to the suggested routines for exercises so far as it involves no decision making. I will do something different on the weekend....

Hard for me, too. I've done the KMind workout everyday. The workdays are too packed at this point to try something different. The weekends may be the place to add variety right now.
