Today was sobering. I enjoyed the workout (all done at once) but I felt stiffness in those twists and turns. Probably a sign I’ve been working hard but oh I feel so not limber.
Same here! Those v-sit twists and side bends! Also, I'm finding I get a little shaky during last breath or two of some of yoga positions. Guess the strength to hold them solidly will come but it's a little unsettling!
Time to unwind! Reach's magic will take root with consistency, Kathleen!
PS. Cap tip for getting out on the blogs and supporting your teammates. Balasana is still forming. I suspect by next week all will be accounted for!
I have no doubt that you will do great on this program. Your tenacity (aka mulishnness) is inspiring.
I especially like how simple movements can make us all stiff the next day. A sign we’re doing something right!
