Hello All.. so excited to part of this program. I have completed Kenzai Body and Reach. Looking forward to Kenzai Run!
Day 1 was good. My diet is off since 2 weeks and want to get back on track. I am not sure whether I can run 10k or not but looking forward for runs in this amazing weather!

Great to have you here to run with us, Keshma!! Kenzai Run slowly builds up over the 8 weeks, so plenty of time for the body to acclimate to the running routine. And you'll see how you develop and as long as you give an honest effort to the program, whatever distance that gets you to at graduation day, regardless of whether it's 10k or not, will be a success. Here's to a great week 1 start!!
