out for almost 2 weeks

I was out traveling last week and did good on diet and walking but will coming back and sit through 7 hrs air plane ride .. I got a severe back spasm and was on bed rest for 3 days .. I can walk now but the pain is still there. So need to take a break from running. I m so sad as program is almost over and I can’t finish strong.
Hope rest of you all are doing good.

Sorry to hear, but it's a smart move to give the running a break to rest the back. Keep with us and stick to that diet. You can keep absorbing the lessons, and do any mild exercising that doesn't bother the back in the meantime. And there is still plenty of weeks ahead of us the rest of this year to go back and do some of the runs and workouts from this program again so you can keep training well past these 8 weeks. Hang in there and rest that back.

    thanks Matt... i am following the diet... my back needs rest for a week atleast
