It feels good to be working my body in a different way. I have been running for my cardio lately because it's too hot to take the dog out much later than 6am. I'm finding that I'm quite sore today though. I did dance for about 3 hours last night too so that could be part of it. Need to make sure I get my stretch on! So pumped to be running this Sculpt beta with so many awesome trainees!

And look at that booty in your starting photo! Are good running before 6am. I too need to run with the dog early mornings before the kids are up. I try setting my alarm for 6 but any earlier?! Crikey, you are determined!

In KB, I always jumped and went right into the strength training and knew that was the way to go for maximum effectiveness. Is that same here? Will it have a big impact if I do cardio after the workout? I noticed that the legs stiffen up very quickly during barre exercises after the long hot uphill walk that I do for cardio. Today I did barre/strength first then walked which was much easier on the body/legs but not sure about how the heart rate, fat burning thing all works out.

like you am running more these days, maybe it's the summer day light time and the lack of skipping space in my new flat.
Am loving this program and how different the movements are. Thanks for taking the lead on it.

And, I believe you are doing this all at altitude! Badass. Or should we say goodass since this is Sculpt?
