Pep talk to me

How have 2 weeks gone by already? I guess i should be please that it's flying by. I've gotten my workouts in everyday, that's not usually my problem. Diet, on the other hand, hasn't been on point. Gotta pin it down. On the straight and narrow from here on out. I see that I'm gaining weight which means that my muscle mass is increasing but my clothes are fitting the same which means that I need to get my diet in check. I know how this goes, get it done Kim! This is the round that solidifies all the hard work of the other 180 days! Lock it down and get it done. No more excuses!

You know you. And you know how to train. You've noted the blog and the diet as rough points out of the gate. Might I point out that you spent many long months over the past year running it super tight. That body don't lie girl. Dang!

What I'm saying here is, if you need to pivot, dial it down, regroup, and look to another time for KB3, there is no shame in that game at all. Of course, if you are keen to tear it down, do so.

      We know you too Kim, and damn if you're not one of the strongest and big-hearted people around. I'm pretty sure you walked through the 9 circles of the inferno and back this year alone. Week 3 better watch out, it's about to get dominated by the Benson.

      .... or maybe you just want to do KB3 with your pal Cece in January. ;)

        It's a good thing that by KB3 we know our own patterns so well. Definitely a tool to leverage! So it's dial it in time from here. I dig it.

          Diet has been on point all week. I packed my chicken and veg and evening fruit snack and snuck it into the concert at Red Rocks last night. I'm gonna keep chugging along.
