How have 2 weeks gone by already? I guess i should be please that it's flying by. I've gotten my workouts in everyday, that's not usually my problem. Diet, on the other hand, hasn't been on point. Gotta pin it down. On the straight and narrow from here on out. I see that I'm gaining weight which means that my muscle mass is increasing but my clothes are fitting the same which means that I need to get my diet in check. I know how this goes, get it done Kim! This is the round that solidifies all the hard work of the other 180 days! Lock it down and get it done. No more excuses!
