Not quite sure how tomorrow is going to go. I am fortunante to be able to stay home 2 days each week with the baby so tomorrow will be the first day on Kenzai back to work. I've been doing my skips when Olivia takes her morning nap, but I'm going to have to get up extra early to do my skips for the next 3 days. At least there is only cardio on Wednesday. Good night.
I found a nice treat tonight. I warmed up apple slices and put cinnamon on. It was almost like a little apple pie. I'll have to remember that when I'm having a sugar craving. I think heating up thee apple released some natural sugars because it was rather sweet. Yum!
My legs are sore but other than that I'm feeling good. Time for bed, hoping the baby sleeps until 4am again. I think she's almost to the point of sleeping through the night!
I did my skips this morning while the baby napped. It only takes me about 90 seconds but I know that will change. My chest is super sore from the push ups. I wasn't anticipating that. I think I need to be better about stretching. I'm not sure if I should be totally cutting my meals in half because I'm nursing and I know I need some extra calories. I'm trying to eat more veggies and fruit and cut the carbs in half. Suggestions on what I need to do differently because I'm nursing would be great! Since I'm in Colorado, I'm a day behind the rest of you guys. I hope day 3 is going well for you!
Day 1 exercise complete. Not too shabby. It is a beautiful day so I did my skips outside. I hope the neighbors didn't mind the thumping! Looking forward to getting in shape with everyone!
