Trying to take life one day at a time and focus on the most important tasks at hand every day. I have started to discover some food sensitivities through Kenzai that I was unaware of before. As an example, I love hummus. It’s actually a slight obsession of mine and I usually eat too much. Having to cut it out as part of the regular Kenzai diet, when I eat it now (even in small portions) I find that it doesn’t sit well. So although I still love hummus, even when off-program or when I have an indulgence I have started skipping it and choosing extra veggies or a small salad to go with my meal instead.
