it is hard to write my final blog...I really enjoyed kenzai program especially the food and exercise, and I feel it’s going to be hard to go back to my usual habit and routine. What I most enjoyed in the program is how it organized my day and my habits:) and I think this will organize my life post kenzai.
Looking forward for a new challenge after enjoying the completion of this program.
P.S I want to thank the entire team for their support and encouragement it was such a great group and of course thanks to our coaches and lastly I want to Thank my husband for his support and introducing me to this program
I am powering through the program as last week was very hectic with some family occasions.
The bright side that yesterday I had my indulgence (went to a fancy China cousine) it was fun.
I feel very busy with Kenzai program between preparing meals and every day work out....I started feeling tired, I don’t know if this is normal but anyway I am sticking to my program
I met yesterday friends and suddenly one of them looked at me and asked did you loose weight? and everybody said really it seems you are loosing weight ... this very encouraging 👍👍
I can’t believe we are 17 days in... my fridge changed to Kenzai food:) picture speaks for it self
