Split shift...

Doing cardio(calf still a bit fooked so on bike , no skipping ) in am and resistance in pm. 

Pretty knackering, and my social life is dead..

Hard yakka...

Been deep in my own half defending grimly. 

Need the clouds to lift. 

Lots of grim. Not much enthusiasm..

Lyndon I hear you - stay with it finishing line is coming into view - sounds like a tough week for you.

    Sounds like the calf is better -- biking for the cardio is just fine for now. Your social life will be waiting for you on day 91....PCP is only 90 days --- not a lot in the scheme of your whole life (even though some days it feels LIKE A LOT). The clouds will lift soon. These are very normal feelings for day 55. I'd be worried if you didn't have any of this Lyndon. You are over halfway there. Don't give up now. Don't let your team down but most importantly don't let yourself down. Remember how bad you wanted this. Think about your inspirational person. 

    Remember: on day 90 you'd rather say, "I DID IT" then "I GAVE UP!"

      off for a workout without the matchsticks on my eyes...
