Jet lag and exercise

Trying to get in a quality workout when you are completely jet lagged is proving interesting. I am looking forward to the weekend and enjoy the warmer weather outside. Now, it is all about working out at strange hours. Yesterday was at 3am...

Good for you! Sorry for the Jet lag, I get it. Once you get into the routine, sometimes that kenzai workout can really help eliminate the jet lag in ways and help you sleep better too! I know it always feels great when it’s over and we click the button “I did it.” Guess what, YOU DID IT!. Keep on it, I’m routing hard for you.

    I have had this struggle several times during previous courses. Training after Japan to North America trips is brutal. I tried to get a n my “regular” schedule as quickly as possible with training first thing in the am. I also tried to squeeze extra sessions as I would lose a day on the return flight.
