So day 12 workout for Ski(Run)-Boot had two of Kenzai's classic exercises of "oh don't do these in front of the gym bros". It got me thinking.     When I do the weighted hip thrust I use a weight plate with the hole strategically placed...

        Drawbridge definitely same category as the Pump and Thrust. Creep and Sneak and anything that involves meandering like Crabwalk or walking lunges and bonus points for extra movements with bellz and level up danger factor carrying a barbell. T-Dizzle recently posted about the Nutcracker which definitely is in the conversation. Honorable mention Yahoo Jumps BUT only if done properly yelling “YAHOO” at the apex of every jump.

          @Matt - I have to scan the exercises before I workout at school and make substitutions as necessary. I can't be that creepy teacher being in appropriate in the weight room.

                          I'm with Ward. Inverted V-Sits had some people giggling while I did them at the gym! It was one of those trying to hold it in laughs that only gets worse and ends up coming out even louder!
