am so excited to have made it through the program, have had my ups and downs on this journey., but picked myself up and kept going slow and steady. but above all I can't congratulate myself for job well done without taking time to thank the following people. firstly my partner in crime and my best friend Jenny Haddle.,thank you so much for being on side and from the start of this program till today;thank you!second Patrick and the entire kenzai team you guys are doing a spectacular job by giving people a chance to change their way of living,and enjoying their

the workouts are really a killer did my shoulders and felt pretty baked up their. on the 3rd cycle, was already feeling it hard it was the moment I was working through the burn for sure,fire burns,hope everyone is doing their best to keep at it on the last two workouts.

we are now back home in one peace. pretty tired was a long journey but hard a good time and also tried my best to put in the workouts where I could. went on Thursday last week,3days just looking forward to putting in tomorrows workout!right at my usual spot at home.

first things first is an apology, for not being able to blog.sorry guys have traveled with my partner some place called monkey bay!its a nice place it just by lake it has a spectacular view in the early morning, and late evening. have been trying to stick to the diet but am not 100% keeping it in also but have been trying when I can.network here is a problem. power cuts etc.glade have managed to check I'm with you guys.hope everyone is doing good and keeping with the workouts.

Catching a cold.

Good Lord i catched a cold,. been working out good but have not yet attempted to work to failure!have been working up not in full energy mode,couldn't manage to finish the sets,my body is tired from fighting the sickness overnight. hope I get back on truck Monday.and slowly approaching the warm breeze everyday. hope on Monday when the failure dash board pops up can do em.


Good lord the failure sets has approached I repeat failure sets on sight,any hidden fat start melting. that's a bad ass sets knocked my me down yesterday. will see what today. brings

My Apologies for not Blogging on time. yesterday was a busy day.I Couldn't get the workouts done in the morning, so instead o got them in later,in the afternoon. Damn !pretty hard now,but enjoying every piece of it,.Would do one set of 4mn Jump roping no tripping,and The second set tripped two (2)times .so on this point in time I would say,so far so good,Just could not find to Blog.Never think of looking back now. let's do this slow and steady is the motto.

the energy levels tank has changed in the sense that!when I started the program it was full knowing that you are loooking forward to start something i have never done before and looking forward to seeing the changes on the way. on this point in time my body has been working hard each and everyday, like never before.so its just that thing where you work up in the morning and your body is always putting things in place, which is awesome.

just after my workout and just before my bath,took a pick of my work with kenzai.the daily lesson's on the dash board are just so awesome the contents are so helpful that's what has been motivating me a lot.keep em coming we keep on constructing our bodies. thanks a lot guys for this program. looking forward to next week's workouts.
