Went for a morning workout today with my mate Vivek. He showed me this outdoor workout spot at Dubai Marina. It's great. And I did the workout today for the first time.


Walking, not running

So week 1 consisted of walking to and from the office from home. Sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 60 minutes per day. Getting into the new diet and bought new tupperware and chopping board for veggie preparation.
